An emotional video has emerged from Las Garzas, Chile of a 14-year-old boy dancing at a memorial site where his mother was run over by a suspected drunk driver.
The video, shot earlier this month, shows Martin, performing a dance in the place where he found his mother in agony, after the alleged hit-and-run.
