Kinshasa lashes out at French President Francois Hollande over his criticism of the DR Congo's government's handling of the protests demanding President Joseph Kabila's resignation. Spokesman Lambert Mende says he wonders "whether DRC has become a new overseas territory resulting from new French conquests."
