In a double delight for Patna Women's College (PWC), Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on Sunday said he would recommend its name as a priority institution for the central government's initiative to identify and upgrade it as 'outstanding seat of learning' as CM Jitan Ram Manjhi promised a grant of Rs 2 crore and advised other institutions to take a lesson from the premier institution of the state.
