UN: Syria ceasefire welcome, but not enough to deliver aid

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has addressed a special General Assembly session on Syria, saying Russia's pause in the fighting is welcome, but not enough to deliver aid to the trapped people in Aleppo.
