A short video showing the light art installation 'Travelling Light' made for the Workshop area at the National Railway Museum, York for Illuminating York 2016.
The installation combines slow animations through 3D point clouds made from laser scans of the workshop and main hall projected onto a large voile screen. The images float across this screen through which the public can see the projection as it appears to fuse with the dramatic lighting of the workshop behind. The installation will be on site between 26th and 29th October 2016, with the video available to view online after this event.
