This is the first part of the tutorial on how to make Dolphin Emulator version 3.5-367 run at approximately 100%. Dolphin Emulator is open source and not made by me.
UPDATE 4/29/2016: This video is using an old version of Dolphin Emulator. Configuring newer versions will be similar to this version, but many things are different. Unfortunately, my current computer is too powerful to easily show Dolphin running slowly. I should probably buy a slower machine to redo these videos.
