The holidays can be stressful, so take a little time out and make yourself this soothing, healing holiday tea!
RECIPE
Pre-boil water
Add the following for 10 minutes:
2 orange slices
ginger (small piece)
2 cinnamon sticks
peppercorns (very little)
2 teaspoons turmeric
Steep a tea bag (of any tea favor you like, we used lemongrass flavored tea) for 3 minutes into the pot.
Strain the tea into a cup (so the peppercorns don't get into your teeth!)
Add orange slice, honey (or agave) and lemon juice to your cup.
Sip and enjoy!
