Mission Objectives:
• Go to the pier on San Quentin Avenue.
• Follow Henrique down to the pier.
• A rival gang has arrived to attempt to steal the shipment, take them out.
• After the gang have been eliminated, get in one of the drug-filled car escort the shipment to the lock-up.
