Market traders in Caracas continue using 100-bolivar notes as Venezuela's Central Bank readies to release new higher denomination bills. The 100-bolivar bill is worth about 15 US cents at the highest official rate, and until recently accounted for 77 percent of the cash in circulation in Venezuela.
