ADNAN OKTAR: Those who are struggling against the Mahdi movement are wasting their time. The Mahdi movement will emerge in the form of the Islamic Unity in three to five years. The Mahdi movement does not become involved in politics. Said Nursi calls it "the Union of Republics”. In other words, it will consist of presidents, prime ministers. For example, Turkey will be governed by a president. Who will that be? Mr. Erdoğan. The prime minister will be Mr. Yıldırım, right? There will be other person in Iran, and other person in Egypt. All of them as republics that will constitute the Union of Republics. Theywill be spiritually led by Hazrat Mahdi (as) but he will not be involved in politics. Every country will retain its own president, prime minister and political mechanisms. The Mahdi movement will not become involved in political mechanisms; only in matters of love, compassion, mercy, brotherhood, friendship, cooperation and beauty. But Hazrat Mahdi (as) will exert full authority in matters that concern terrorism, anarchy and war. Everyone will heed his words as their spiritual leader. Otherwise, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will never be involved in politics.
