Northern states of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh continue to experience cold wave. On Tuesday, Jammu and Kashmir's winter capital Jammu recorded the coldest night of the season at 3.2 degrees Celsius whereas Himachal capital Shimla experienced fresh snowfall.
