A video on the new skill system that was introduced in Season 11.5 of Star Trek Online. I will show you a Tactical Space DPS build using the new skill revamp in a Solo Tholian Red Alert Special Task Force. This build has the potential for more damage but i have it on the record for 66K DPS.
