Keema Cutlet is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snack. It is a quick and easy recipe where chicken keema and potatoes are mixed with lot of spices and fried well. 
 
Ingredients 
 
250 gms chicken keema 
3-4 boiled potatoes 
1 tbsp chopped ginger 
1 tbsp chopped garlic 
2 chopped green chillies  
3-4 Suckle(lavang) 
1 tbsp coriander powder 
1 tbsp jeera powder 
1/2 tbsp garam masala 
Coriander leaves 
Salt 
1 egg 
Oil 
Rice flakes 
 
Method 
In a bowl add 250 gms chicken keema, 3-4 boiled potatoes, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 chopped green chillies, 3-4 lavang, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp jeera powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, coriander leaves, salt, 1 egg and mix it well. 
 
Prepare the patties of the mixture and cover it with rice flakes. 
 
Fry the patties in oil till it turns brown. 
 
Hot and crispy Chicken Keema Cutlets are ready to be served!
