This recipe is quick and easy to make and only take ten
minutes to get it done. It is from a Japanese lady that
I learn from but I have improvised with easy to get ingredients.
You can have it for snack, light meal anytime of the day.
Here is the ingredients:

4 large eggs
2 sheets of nori ( cut into halves)
3 tablespoons of cooking oil for frying
Seasonings
------------------
3 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of light soya sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of mushrooms granules
1 teaspoon of mirin (optional)
