HOW TO BOIL PEAR SOUP WITH PORK RIBS

Ingredients:

3 big sweet pears 
500g of pork ribs 
1 1/2 tablsp of chinese almonds 
1 honey date 
1 piece of dried mandarin peel 
 
Method

1. peel the skins of pears, cored and cut into pieces. soak mandarin peel in water. 
2. Parboil the pork ribs for 5 mins to get rid of scum. 
3. Put 6 cups of water into smart cooker or slow cooker 
4. when it boils, add all the ingredients and timer for 3 hours 
5. After 3 hours. its ready to serve.
