Syris was a US power metal band from South Elgin, Illinois. They initially recorded a demo in 1993. In 1995 their self-titled debut and of the best power metal albums of 90s was released by Shark Records. In 1998, with an almost new line-up (only the drummer was present in both albums), they released "Unseen Forces" and disbanded shortly after.
