Footage has emerged of a thick black cloud of smoke rising from an electrical substation on fire in Leicester, UK.
The footage, shot on Tuesday, shows vehicles being diverted as they approach the substation.
According to local news, 45,000 homes and businesses were affected by power cuts, however the power has now reportedly been restored.
