Sen. Leahy (D-Vt.) questioned Judge Neil Gorsuch on religious freedom and the constitutionality of President Trump's travel ban, during the Supreme Court confirmation hearing on March 21. Gorsuch refused to comment on pending or possible cases, saying "Any law is going to get a fair and square deal with me."
