Ingredients:- 
1 cup mango pulp 
1/2 cup yoghurt  
3/4 cup water 
Sugar to taste 
8-10 saffron strands  
Pinch of cardamom powder 
Garnish with crushed pistachios  
 
 
Method:- 
Chop the mangoes and put them in a blender. Then add yoghurt, sugar, saffron soaked water, cardamom powder, water and give it a nice blend. Garnish with cardamom powder and saffron strands and serve chilled! HAPPY MANGO SEASON!
