A handful of Bulgarian nationalists, as well as notorious refugee hunter Dinko Valev, made an appearance at a refugee camp in the southern town of Harmanli on Thursday, following clashes between migrants and police. The facility was sealed off two days previously due to reports of infectious diseases, with residents being prevented from leaving the premises.
