It's fair to say, Europe's been shocked by Trump's victory. So much so, that EU foreign ministers are going to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the fallout from the vote. And, it was Europe's far-right politicians who were the first to congratulate the U.S. president-elect on his win.
Trump's victory is the second major anti-establishment vote of the year, after Brexit. RT discussed that with Independent Greek MEP Notis Marias.
