The Oui Ooi Story:

Jiselle Ooi started her career in banking but found that her heart belonged to baking. Thus she packed her bags and headed to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she completed the Grand Diploma course in Cuisine and Patisserie. Today she has created a patisserie inspired by her heritage and travels; her family is Taiwanese, and she grew up in Singapore and Los Angeles. Every cake and pastry are handcrafted with good quality ingredients, notably light-handed with the sugar, and a home-made taste.
