A sad and dishearten news has arrive where Indian Railway has given upper berth ticket to a women who was 90 % disabled from her body. She said she was compel to sleep on floor. She has complained against it and wish to meet Central Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu to share the problems faces by disabled persons while travelling.
