Burmese pro-democracy activists in New Delhi on July 15 staged a protest rally condemning the military Junta's National Convention, which reconvene on July 18. The junta in June declared that the current round of constitutional talks, which began in January 1993, will be the last. And it will be followed by a referendum and general election.
