Ingredients:- 
For the chutney:- 
4 green chillies 
1 clove of garlic 
1.5-inch piece of ginger 
1 cup coriander leaves 
½ cup mint leaves 
1 tsp. Sugar 
Salt to taste 
 
For the fritters (bhaji):- 
2 tomatoes, thickly sliced 
 
For the batter:- 
1 bowl Gram Flour 
1½ tsp. Coriander Powder 
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder 
2 tsp. Rice Flour 
Salt to taste 
Water 
 
Oil for frying 
 
 
Method:- 
- Grind all the ingredients of the chutney to a fine paste. 
- Mix all the ingredients of the batter properly and make a batter. 
- Apply the chutney to the middle part of the tomatoes and sprinkle some chaat masala on it. 
- Heat oil in a pan. 
- Coat the tomato slices with the batter and fry them in the oil.
