Anti-government protesters are celebrating in Brasilia after the lower house of Brazil’s Congress voted for the president’s impeachment. The ruling Workers' Party has admitted defeat with the party's leader in the chamber, Jose Guimaraes, saying the battle will now move into the Senate.
