Mission Objectives:
• Follow Lamar.
• Get in the van and head to Vinewood Boulevard.
• Get back in the van and chase D.
• After D crashes his bike, pursue on foot with Chop.
• Control Chops to sniff out D who is hiding in one of boxcars.
• After capturing D and putting him at the back of the van, take D to Lamar’s house.
• After letting D go due to Lamar’s stupidity, drop him off at the Rec. Centre
