Dutch police have ordered the last minute cancellation of a rock concert in Rotterdam - after a tip-off from Spanish police. The city's mayor said they had been warned that an attack was being planned on a concert by an American band. He said police then stopped a Spanish-registered van containing gas canisters near the venue. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
