Its quail season in our parts and were going to show you an easy recipe- Jalapeno Popper Quail. Weve got a trick to keep these little birds moist out because quail has a tendency to dry out when cooked. So get the fire and the grill hot and lets cook some bird!\r

For the seasoned flour: \r
\r
mix 1 cup flour with 1 1/2 tablespoons of Red River Ranch Original Seasoning () or 1 tablespoon seasoned salt and ½ tablespoon coarse ground black pepper - or to taste.\r

Other ingredients: \r

softened cream cheese\r
jalapeno, sliced in strips\r
bacon strips, halved\r
BBQ sauce\r
