Sarah MESBAHI is a young chocolatier from Belgium.
With a background in Human Resource Management, Sarah had a passion for chocolate making. And to bring her passion to a professional level, she decided to take a course in chocolate and confectionery, and she completed it by attending evening classes. After her graduation, Sarah realised that she had met many chocolatiers, and had tested a lot of recipes and it would be good to share her experience through a blog. Very quickly, her blog became very successful and drew the attention of a wide audience, which also enabled her to win some awards.
