First thing is we have to take time listen. So what I try to do with every patient is I see first few minutes let them say whats in there mind.
And I think there are lots of studies that we don't listen enough in medicine. These small things that you cant just pick up really from this form, and so that's why it's really important to spend time talking and listening and building relationships.
It is a challenge, and I don't know what's gonna come what you or one of your friend will have when you walk in the door it could be something simple, asking for advice or should be something more you have been struggling through for a long time and you really need a partner. So that diversity of challenge and ability to work with you for a longer time for him.
