Harvard faces a DOJ probe that stems back to a 2015 complaint. Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur (2015) Justice Department spokesperson Devin O'Malley told CNN Two letters from the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ indicate the school did not want to comply with an investigation. They also noted that the school has until December 1st to turn in necessary documents or it will be faced with a lawsuit.
