North Korea agrees to send athletes to Olympic Games after rare talks with Seoul

North and South Korea kicked off their first formal talks since December 2015, with Kim Jong-un's representatives agreeing to send Pyongyang athletes to take part in the 2018 Winter Olympics in February.
