Drivers park their cars and congregate on higher ground in Kodiak Island off Alaska as an earthquake triggered a tsunami warning.
In the video, captured today (January 23), the filmer writes that the car park is full.
In the video, the filmer says: "There's a bunch of people standing on the ledge looking down towards the water.
"On our way up here there were a bunch of cars that couldn't make it up here."
