Sam Allardyce insists Everton "have done all they can" to complete the signing of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun and confirms the club will know in the next 24 hours whether the deal will go through. The former England boss saw his side suffer a 2-0 defeat to Manchester United at Goodison Park.
