President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday swore in new officials of the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) during a simple ceremony in the Malacañan Palace.
Those who took their oaths were POC President Victorio Vargas and POC Chairman Abraham (Bambol) Tolentino.
