According to a report by NBC News, China's parliament passed a constitutional amendment on Sunday that abolishes term limits and will allow President Xi Jinping to rule indefinitely. The National People's Congress' reportedly hand-picked delegates overwhelmingly backed the amendment, voting 2,958 in favor with just two opposed.
