A bridge near Florida International University's campus has collapsed. Witnesses said it sounded like a bang or an explosion. One witness said, "We all ran and it was just a horrible scene." Eight vehicles were trapped under the collapsed bridge. Authorities have confirmed several fatalities. Another witness said he saw the bridge collapse in less than a second. "It was there and then it was just down," he said.
