Neither Metz nor Nantes came away happy from their Matchday 30 tie at Saint-Symphorien. The point did little to appease fans of the Lorrains, who still languish in last place. Nantes, for their part, cede fifth place to bitter rivals Rennes, who defeated Bordeaux on the road on Saturday. Valentin Rongier equalised after Nolan Roux had broken the deadlock in the first half.
