A hit and run accident victim, 65-year-old fisherwoman kept lying on a busy road for over four minutes, with no help. Several bikes, autos, cars (including a local body vehicle), buses passed by her, people gathered, no one stopped to help the woman who had fallen in the middle of the road. Police have arrested a young 20-year-old man, who was riding triple.
