Info: Animal shelter workers rescued a dog that had been chained in a basement without food and water. They named her Jumping Bean because she was so excited when she got rescued. She's now living at Stray Rescue of St. Louis where she is receiving lots of love and attention and waiting for a forever family to adopt her!
