VTAR and Sin Min school enhance cooperation on TVET

More effort must be made to get Chinese youngsters involved in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), saod MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai after witnessing a MoU signing between Sin Min Independent High Sschool and VTAR.
