Britain's Information Commissioner's Office has demanded that Cambridge Analytica agent SCL Elections Limited hand over all the data it has on file of American professor David Carroll. Carroll requested his data back last September, before the most recent Facebook controversy, but reportedly wasn't happy with what he received.
