Laura Cicco, a resident of Kansas, is preemptively suing NASA over moon dust.
Cicco claims she was given a vial moondust from Neil Armstrong.
She is suing NASA so that they don't have the capability of seizing the artifact from her.
Cicco even has a signed personal note from Armstrong reading:
"To Laura Ann Murray - Best of Luck - Neil Armstrong, Apollo 11."
NASA has yet to comment on the case, saying that it would be inappropriate to do so at this time.
