Case of evasion of custom duty against Nirav Modi; Surat court issued summons to Nirav

Surat court has issued an arrest warrant against Nirav Modi in relation to the case of evasion of customs duty, booked by the directorate of revenue intelligence. Prosecution in the case was launched by DRI.
