Newser reports one Charles Michael Hager of Raleigh, NC, really wanted his phone fixed.
So, the 74-year-old drove his car right through the Verizon store window.
The man then got out of his car, and continued to yell.
He said: 'My d--mn phone's not working. I need help. Open this d--mn door."
Hager was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and damaging property.
