A rail worker noticed an odd blink in the sky above Dayangqi Railway Station of Daxing'anling Prefecture Heilongjiang Province on january 2018 , in a train station on the border between China and Russia, a Security Guard witnessed this strange UFO appear and then vanish a split second later.
