EU "Deeply Regrets" Reimposing U.S. Sanctions On Iran

Reuters reports that the European Union on Monday said it deeply regretted the re-imposition of sanctions by the United States on Iran. It added that it and other signatories would work on keeping financial channels with Iran open.
