He sqays, "This theme of corruption has been troubling me with my everyday's living for a number of years because it was always on the increase from the day it was started. It has been on the increase continuously for the decades. I should say we did have some scams earlier and then after five ten years another one appeared out like that but it has become so frequent now that if somebody tells me to change the name of one scam I tell them no problem because there are many I can choose any other. That seems to have become a system that seems to have become a regular way of administration with the result t had to start bothering anybody who is trying to live a descent and a straight life.
