This was the death-defying moment a Thai workman was seen fixing an air conditioning unit while balancing on a narrow ledge this morning at 10 am local time (September 11).
The building was a hotel in the resort town of Patong in the province of Phuket, in the south of the country.
The filmer, who lives locally, said: "This happens on a regular basis. There appears to be no kind of safety law - or if there is it's blatantly ignored."
He later added: "That guy is seven floors up and one mistake is almost certain death, yet they do it three or four times a week."
